Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation and successful prescription verification (if required).

U.S. Orders: Contact lenses are regulated medical devices. A valid contact lens prescription is required for all U.S. purchases. Prescription verification must be completed before shipment. Orders will not ship until verification is completed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination. The following are estimated timeframes after your order has shipped:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier conditions, or weather. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@iqueye.com.

Orders may ship from our global fulfillment partners.

Remote-area and military addresses may require additional delivery time or surcharge.

  • $7.99 flat rate on orders under $50

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@iqueye.com within 2 hours of payment. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped, and iQueye is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Returns & Return Shipping

We have a 14-day return policy. If you would like to return an item, please contact support@iqueye.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Return warehouse addresses vary by country — our support team will provide the correct address upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
